Local punk band a big hit in Europe

One Foot In The Grave, which bills itself as the world's oldest
punk band, is making a splash in Europe.
In the wake of a concert tour of that continent, One Foot has
been featured on European MTV, VH-1 Germany and the German edition
of Rolling Stone.
The group used to call itself a Sun City band, but none of its
members live there any longer. They retain the identification
with Sun City "for the purposes of our concept," explains
leader and youngest member Gavan Wieser, 53, of Glendale.
One Foot's latest album, Old Farts, has just been re-released
on cassette. Copies are available from the band (unlike the European-label
CD, which is difficult to find in this country).
